TERMS OF SERVICE
Cancellation/Skip Service
We understand that “life happens”, and things may come up unexpectedly. Therefore, if you would
like to cancel your scheduled services, or skip a scheduled visit, we simply ask for a 48 hour notice.
If we receive less than a 48 hour notice and we have not sent a Cleaning Tech to
your home, we reserve the right to charge you a $35 Late Cancellation Fee.
If we dispatch a Cleaning Tech to your home, and we are unable to provide cleaning services, due
to no fault of ours, we reserve the right to charge you a $45 Lock-Out Fee to cover our losses.
To avoid any possible misunderstandings, scheduling changes may not be made through our Cleaning Techs.

Payment
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Cash or Check.
Full payment is due Upon Services Rendered.
A credit card number must be kept on file with our office. Your credit card will be automatically charged
the full amount due upon completion of service. You may also choose and an alternate method of payment
if you have discussed the alternate payment plan with our office in advance of your service visit.
A $45 fee will be charged for each returned check.
Chargeable Labor Hours
All quoted clean time is given in labor hours, not clock hours.
For example, if you are scheduled for a 4 hour service, and two Cleaning Techs are assigned
to clean your home, the total clock time (in-home time) is 2 hours, but the total chargeable labor time is 4 hours.
Care-Free Guarantee
A home cleaning service should always provide a “care-free” experience.
We understand that you are putting your trust in us. As such, we strive to provide you with an exceptional
cleaning experience on each and every visit. If our Cleaning Techs miss an area of your home, or do not
clean your home to the high standards that you should expect from us, we promise to make it right!
We want nothing more than for you to be happy with the cleaning services you receive.
This is very important to us. Simply let us know of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of
your service visit and we will return as quickly as possible to re-clean the missed areas.
Cleaning Products/Supplies
We use high-quality cleaning supplies to clean your home. Our cleaning products have been tested
for the safety and disinfection qualities on each of the surface types for which we use them.
However, if you have other cleaning products that you prefer we use in your home, or on specific
surfaces in your home, we are happy to accommodate your request.
If we will be using special cleaning products in your home, we must be able to provide detailed
instructions to your assigned Cleaning Tech(s) before arriving to your home. Therefore, we ask that you contact
our office (prior to your service visit) to discuss the details of each of the products to be used in your home.
Gratuities
We never require (or expect) you to tip your Cleaning Tech(s). However, a gratuity (no matter the amount), is a great
way to show your assigned Cleaning Tech(s) that they are doing a great job, and that their hard work is appreciated.
Holidays
If your scheduled service visit falls on an observed holiday (office closure), our office
will contact you ahead of the holiday to reschedule your cleaning.
Please do not reschedule your service visit directly with your assigned Cleaning Tech(s).
