Recurring services will give you more free time to do all the things that you love to do, while maintaining your home’s health and cleanliness by reducing the buildup of bacteria and allergens.

The frequency of cleanings that a household chooses is different for each household. It depends on how much activity your home sees, how busy your life is, and of course… your allotted cleaning service budget (we all have budgets!).

From cleaning your kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common area living spaces – to changing your bed linens and emptying your trash – we go above and beyond to ensure that you are able to fully enjoy your clean, organized, serene, FANTASTICLEAN home!

  • Once a Week (Weekly): Best for busy households, and for households who simply wish to free up their “free time” by leaving all the cleaning to us.
  • Every Two Weeks (Bi-Weekly): Best for households looking for regular maintenance cleaning and upkeep.
  • Every Four Weeks (Monthly): Best for households who need just a little extra help in keeping up with the housework.


What is a One-Time / Occasional Cleaning?

This type of service often has many different reasons and needs. Sometimes it’s simply a good old-fashioned Spring Cleaning, and sometimes it’s to prepare your home for guests, or to provide assistance with party cleanup. Whatever the reason for your One-Time Clean, we are here to help!

We will work using our standard FANTASTICLEAN Tasklist, or we will work using a list of cleaning tasks that you provide to us.


Whether you are moving into your new home, or moving out of your current home, we can handle your cleaning needs so that you can focus on what is important to you… your move.

We will work using our standard Turn-Over Tasklist, or we will work using a list of cleaning tasks that you provide to us. This decision often depends on your apartment or house lease/contract, or may simply be dependent upon your personal needs.

We will work with you to ensure the cleaning tasks for your move will be one less task you need to worry about!

Local health and safety guidelines are continuing to evolve, but rest assured, we are on top of it! The health and safety of our clients and employees is our highest priority. We are continuing to closely monitor the situation surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus, and we will continue to take all actions necessary to limit the spread of COVID-19.

We continually communicate with all our clients when a change in our COVID-19 Precautions and Procedures are modified.

We encourage our clients to let us know in advance of a scheduled cleaning visit if there are any specific concerns, or if they would like us to take any special precautionary measures while we are in their home.
